Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
1. Acceptance
By using redcreatif.com.tr or engaging Red Creatif you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our services
Red Creatif provides Shopify e-commerce setup, Google/Meta ad management, SEO, social media management, video and photo production, and corporate branding. Scope, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written quote or agreement, which prevails over these general terms.
3. Payments
Fees and payment schedule are stated in the quote. Advertising budgets paid to platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) are separate from our service fees and are not refundable by us.
4. Intellectual property
Website content, design, code and our portfolio belong to Red Creatif or its clients and may not be copied without permission. Rights in final deliverables transfer to the client once full payment is received, unless the agreement says otherwise. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless the client objects in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information and materials, confirm they hold the rights to what they supply (logos, photos, texts, products), and comply with the rules of the platforms we work on.
6. No guarantee of results
Advertising and marketing results depend on factors outside our control (market, platform algorithms, budget, product). We work with care but do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or returns.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Red Creatif is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it. The website is provided “as is”, and links to third-party sites are not under our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
